Freddie Dwozan, RPh

Founder and Owner

Freddie began his career in one of the most trusted professions, pharmacy services. As a small business owner, he has dedicated his life to helping Georgians who are sick and in need of care and comfort. Like all of his employees, he is Georgia resident and lives and works in the organization’s service area. He is a University of Georgia Pharmacy school graduate and a practicing registered pharmacist. He is a member of the Georgia Pharmaceutical Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Dodge County Hospital Foundation.


 

Marci Dwozan McCranie, BSN, RN

Director of Human Resources and Customer Service

Marci continued her family’s commitment to serving others and attained a BS in Nursing from Georgia College and State University. She is dedicated first and foremost to our patients and families as Customer Service Director. She also supports our most important asset, our people, as our Director of Human Resources. She maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. 


 

Tammy Peterson

Chief Financial Officer

Tammy has dedicated herself to assist to provide patients with insurance benefit coordination since the humble beginning of the company.  As healthcare continues to change and shift to value-based reimbursement, Tammy's role has become more strategic and multi-faceted, involving increased communication with various departments of the organization to explain finance in a way that her team and our patients can understand.  A graduate of Mercer University, her dedicated service of over 30 years has focused on helping families understand their insurance benefits to maximize their access to the services they are entitled to receive. 


 

Paul Elmore, CHA

Chief Operating Officer
Executive Director

Paul Elmore serves as the Chief Operating Officer of IV Care Options. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Business.  In his role, Paul oversees the day-to-day operations and participates in strategic planning for the company. He has accumulated over 23 years of healthcare leadership experience to include sales, general management, strategic planning, and executive management in infusion and specialty pharmacy, durable medical equipment, and clinical patient services including nursing and pharmacy care models. He is a current Advisory board member for Three Rivers Home Healthcare and is an active member of the National Home Infusion Association.  He has previously been published in the Atlanta Hospital News providing insight into Healthcare leadership and management and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.  


 

Joni Coleman, PharmD

Director of Pharmacy

Joni utilizes her knowledge and skills while directing the pharmacy team at IV Care Options. She is a patient advocate and compassionate listener of each patient she services and promotes research and continuing education to improve patient outcomes. She has been a valuable employee with IV Care Options for over 20 years and holds a license in multiple states.  She has worked in retail and infusion pharmacy after graduating from Mercer University College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.  She is a member of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the Georgia Pharmacy Association.   


 

Kaci Elmore, BSN, RN

Compliance and Regulatory Director

Kaci oversees the Corporate Compliance Program and Regulatory Affairs, functioning as an independent and objective consultant for IV Care Options over the past 16 years.  She ensures the Board of Directors, management, and employees are in compliance with rules and standards of federal and state regulatory agencies and accreditation entities. Kaci also maintains that company policies and procedures are followed and that behavior in the organization meets the company's ethical standard of conduct while evaluating compliance issues/concerns.  She represents the infusion industry holding a position on the National Home Infusion Association Standards Committee which assures infusion patients have quality care and safety at the forefront of patient care.


 

Gracin Teets, BSN, RN

Patient Care Manager

Clinical expertise is of utmost importance for Gracin as a registered nurse.  She earned her BSN from Georgia Southwestern State University and has a BS in Psychology from Columbus State University.  Before joining us, she worked in ICU caring from critically ill patients and those with severe developmental disabilities.  She ensures delivery of compassionate quality care by collaborating with physicians, consultants, community agencies, hospitals, and institutions while caring for our patients alongside supervising IV Care Option's team of highly specialized nursing staff.


 

Tia Pridgen, RN

Director of Business Development

Having begun with the organization as a staff nurse in 2006, Tia is now responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that upholds the mission and values established by the organization.  She manages a team whose job it is to bring new customers and clients to the organization by implementing partnerships that establish business opportunities.  A graduate of Abraham Baldwin College, Tia has dedicated her healthcare career to ensuring that patients and their families receive exceptional care close to home.
